March 8th to 14th, 2020
Each team prepares presentations and activities about forms of bullying with a view to raising the students’ awareness about them – physical, verbal, social, cyber bullying. The host students and teachers organise SEL activities meant to increase the students’ intra- and interpersonal competences. The week will end with a conference in which teachers and students discuss what they learned during the week and how they felt in different activities

Students with Special Needs
The students was surprised to see that the portuguese students can have optional classes and learn how to do things that aren’t very common, for example learning how to use a 3D printer and create different objects with it. They saw classes for children with disabilities and students have a music classroom equipped with different musical instruments so they can learn how to play.
Workshops
The students worked as a team on the types of bullying and created a history with these types to record videos.
Outdoor Activities
The host organised the outdoor activities in such a way as to enable students to interact both in formal and informal situations. In this way, most students improved their interpersonal and communication skills, with shyer students becoming really open and communicative in ways that not even they had expected.
Tour of Central Portugal
We had a Cultural tour of Central Portugal and we ate portuguese gastronomic dishes at the beach Nazaré. We visited momunents and the Sanctuary of Fatima.
Cultural Evening
The Cultural Evening was one of the most successful ways of strengthening the cultural dimension of the exchange. The presentations of country-specific cuisine and dances were interesting and all of the students and teachers participated in dances, enjoying themselves and getting to know each other.
Evaluation
In the end of the week students and teachers did the evaluation with coulors post-it: red (bad), yellow (more or less) and green (good).
